In my life I have faced several challenges, at work, with family and I have realized that too often we get used to a stressful life that does not satisfy us. I approached coaching and other personal growth and relaxation techniques that gave me the tools to feel stronger to support the many situations I have experienced.
I find it enormously satisfying to be able to share my journey of growth and to provide the tools and knowledge to empower others to achieve each step towards their goals.
Every day I meet people who talk to me about their difficulties and how much they would like to live a different life, they are busy with their careers, they are oppressed by deadlines, family and busy life. Everyone would like something different or already have a hidden desire that they would like to fulfill.

What is coaching for and what is it?
Coaching is needed to get results. Just think about what a coach does with an athlete. With a good coach an athlete is able to express their best performance. Coaching was born in the sports field and then was applied to other areas, for example in private and working life.
Coaching allows you to start where you are and get to where you want to be.
The “coach” has the meaning of “carriage” and the coach drives people in their path of change.
This practice is also promoted and guaranteed by an international organization such as ICF who certifies and promotes coaching.
How does coaching work?
The coaching course normally takes between5 to 10 sessions, one hour each.
On a weekly or twice a week basis, I usually agree on Skype sessions or in person. In addition to the sessions, I will give you practical activities that will help you to achieve your goals.
What to do to get started?
Coaching is a journey between what you want to achieve and my ability to get you to your goal. Before starting I ask you to agree on a short phone session (at least 30 minutes) that allows me to understand your needs and for you to see if I’m the right coach for you.
How can I help you?
I accompany people to clarify, in their current situation, the areas they are not satisfied in work and in the private sphere. Too often we get used to a stressful life that does not satisfy us. With coaching techniques and other innovative methodologies I will explore your current situation from several points of view and we will clarify together what is important for your future. Then you will learn to develop creative ideas by yourself and easily create a very concrete plan for your next steps.
